How do I earn points?
Sign in, then check out. Every paid order earns 1 point per $1 of merchandise — shipping and tax are excluded. Orders placed while signed out can't be credited.
What are points worth?
200 points = $5.00 off. Points redeem in whole blocks of 200, so 400 points is $10.00 off.
Do points expire?
Yes — 12 months from the order that earned them. Oldest points are always spent first, and we email you 30 days before a batch expires.
Does store credit expire?
No. Store credit — from a buylist payout, a returned redemption, or a goodwill adjustment — never expires. Minimum $1.00 per checkout.
How do I redeem?
Open your cart, choose how many points or how much credit to apply, and we attach a single-use discount code to that cart before you hand off to secure Shopify checkout.
What if I return an order?
Points earned on the refunded portion are reversed, and anything you redeemed on it comes back to you as store credit — a return never costs you what you spent.
What is member early access?
New drops go live to signed-in members 1 hour before the public listing.
